Naked people in the snow?

January 10, 2011

They are not allowed on this blog, so go elsewhere if that’s what you came for….

We got plenty of snow this time so now all of north Georgia is shut down for 2 days.

The hoop tunnels bent but didn’t break – everything underneath was just fine.

Warm and cozy, all aglow:

More snow:

Find the cabbage in this bed lol:

One thing about the snow in GA is that it won’t be there too long. We have 3’+ on the ground with another foot expected this week and temperatures below freezing. Thursday its expected to be -2º. We will need at least a week of temperatures above freezing to melt the snow on the ground and probably a couple of weeks to eliminate the piles from the snow plows.

It will probably be Friday before it is above freezing here- pretty rare around here even in January.

    I’ll still take 6″ over 3′ regardless.

It was nice and warm underneath- probably better than our drafty old houses.
