The weekend was.
I accomplished a lot but wore myself out and haven’t had the energy to put together any sort of descriptive update. Maybe tomorrow…
In the meantime, here is the water lily in the frog pond blooming again, with more buds waiting in the wings.

That’s what happens I’m afraid!
Given the nature of gardening and the sheer need to finish off the various tasks (endless repetitive tasks btw) you nearly always do too much and then as a result you’re fit for nothing.
Secret to Gardening is to plan well in advance and then pace yourself while working methodically through the plan. Easier said than done mind you as the weather nearly always hampers any plan you had rather quickly!!

LOL I always plan well in advance, usually as I’m pulling on the boots and about to walk down the back steps into the gardens. š
