This is January, what is your garden doing being so prolific in January? Fantastic!
Wet and warm, relatively speaking, but a cold snap coming in for a few days- low – mid 20s but sunny (finally again) during the day.
My experience is that the stuff that can take a frost will grow all winter as long as it gets in the ground early while the days are still adequately long. Short days and cold ground = s-l-o-w growth, near dormancy for a couple months, but everything keeps better “on the stump” thank it does in the fridge or cellar.
